Unfortunately I have nothing else nice to say about the hotel. The room was not clean, there was hair in the bathroom, and dirt all over the furniture. However, the worst part was the noise at night. When we checked in, the room was quiet. When we returned to the room for the evening, the permanent resident in the condo next to our bedroom left his/her surround sound system on all night. I don't know if the walls are thin or if that resident is just downright inconsiderate, but we were not able to sleep that night. Checking out was the best part of our stay. We always stay at The Mutiny. Excellent value and very friendly staff. Location is great, with excellent views of the water, and right next to the restaurants, clubs and shops of Coconut Grove (no need to drive or taxi). The Mutiny is an all-suite condo hotel (one of the first in Miami, if I'm not mistaken) with excellent amenities, including a very nice pool/whirlpool area and work out facilities. Short drives to Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Little Havana, and South Beach. Parking is valet, but well worth it, given the scarcity of parking in the area (you will be hit with similar if not higher fees in Miami Beach, if the hotel has on-site parking at all). Overall excellent value and a nice place to stay. Will be there for the home opener v. Colorado in about a month!
