I don't mind paying for anything as long as I feel I am getting a fair price, but with them I felt like I was getting ripped off in every sense of the word. Over $1,500 for a 30,000 mile service and few extras that needed repair. I'm talking about almost $200 for a pair of clips tthat hold the soft top in place. $200 dollars for CLIPS!!! I don't think this is anything new - but if you can have your Volvo or Saab service done anywhere else I would.
