Both years I said OK, they charged my credit card, and never delivered the flowers. When I asked for my money back, they replied that they didn't give refunds, and offered to ship a better bouquet. The first year I agreed, but after two weeks they still hadn't delivered anything, and they finally gave me a refund. The second year I refused the better bouquet and had to threaten legal action in order to get a refund. The Miami Heralds newspaper's Action Line column helped me to get my money back, and they had received other complaints about this florist.
