Always get regular maintenance service (tires rotated, alignment, oil change, etc...) and less routine brakes, belts and struts. Have always had good service and prices. I particularly like that I never feel they are selling me unnecessary work...everything recommended has been per car manufacturer specs and timely. Can be busy to schedule appointment at times (sign of good service to me), but if you have some flexibility they try to work you in. I was also not happy to find all my work papers in the front console moved, rearranged, and some items moved from one area to another. All Brakes Plus did was order the parts next door and mark them up 200%. I told the manager I could walk next door and buy the parts and save myself hundreds of dollars and he said they would not install customer parts. I wonder why? Brake splus did not make the parts, did not inventory the parts, did not test the parts - they added no value whatsoever to the parts so is it fair to charge the customer 200% markup! This past year shop manager Michael Southworth went above and beyond and helped both my wife and daughter in their time of need.
