They forgot three out of five weeks, and lied to me about why they didn't send it (one excuse was because it was the only order going downtown). They even had a different florist send flowers once. When I insisted, they arrived at 9:45pm with flowers that looked like they were picked up at the gas station. They lasted a day and had to be thrown out. What a waste of money.
