Spanish is their main language due to the clientele. It is family run and I mean the whole family. O. Ocon, the chatty and parsimonious founder, works with his wife and son, Albert. The hours are convenient to the point where I don't know when these people take vacations. They work many Sundays and appointments are easy to make. The atmosphere is relaxed and a little cluttered. Even if you make an appointment, you might have to wait as they take people as they come, nobody is turned away it seems. Serves mostly hispanic families and laborers and embraces every possible service these families might need in regards to their finances and insurance. They are very inexpensive indeed but if you have a complex tax return you might be better served by more sophisticated shops. If you have a simple return or need someone that can explain things to you in plain spanish, this is the place to go.
