After my husband and I had ordered a custom made wall piece for our home, Eric told us he would complete it as soon as possible. After a few weeks had gone by, we called to inquire about our order. Eric made all kinds of excuses and admitted that he hadn't even started it. After that, we kept calling or dropping by the store to find out when it would be completed, but he kept giving us one excuse after another. We really wanted the wall piece, so we tried to be patient. But after six months, our patience began to wear thin. So one evening, we decided to go and talk to Eric at his store. We just wanted to know what was going on and why our wall piece was not completed. While expressing our frustration, Eric suddenly became very hostile and started screaming at us. He told us he had decided that he did not want to make our wall piece and then kicked us out of the store. To tell you the truth, we were quite shocked at his behavior. His unprofessional attitude had us convinced that he does not know how to deal with customers. We marvel at the fact that he is still in business. Never again will we ever step inside his store. We hope people will heed our advice and not buy anything from this store owner. Besides treating customers disrespectfully, you'll either have to whistle for anything you want custom made or wind up cancelling your order.
