Our rugs were to be cleaned using a van mounted cleaner. I got a call instead of a cleaning van at the time they were supposed to arrive. They told me that if I had a steep driveway they would have to reschedule our appointment a week later with a portable unit. The reason given? They're vans are not able to navigate steep driveways. I explained it's on moderatly steep the last 30 feet and my fullsize van does it no problem. They refused saying they could only come with a portable machine which is not what we wanted.
