Their place is very clean and sanitized (many nail places are dirty). Most of them speak english well, and I've never had a problem with them misunderstanding me. They goop on the acrilic and the nails lifted the very next day. I was seriously in tears as I left that place because they don't care and are extremely RUDE. Their website is horribly misleading. The quality is awful and they don't speak English. The lady (no joke) rolled her eyes at me and made a puff sound when I pulled my hand back because she burned it to blood. She never once apologized. I should have walked out right there. I had to get my nails redone the very next day.
