Checkin was fine, the rooms were nice, and the only quibble was that it took 40 minutes after calling down for the valet to bring our car - which nearly made us late for the rehearsal dinner. When my daughter went to check in on her WEDDING NIGHT, they told her that her reservation had been "re-booked" and that she would have to go to another hotel. They offered no indication that they cared - at all - about the impact to her special day. They only mumbled some vague statement about "well, you booked through Hotels.com" as if that made it ok for them not to honor the reservation on her wedding night.
