The first time, my neighbor did a great job fixing it, but I put the door down on my bumper and broke it again! I was too embarrassed to tell my neighbor so I called Consolidated. They were out the next day, fixed my door beautifully and now it's not only more secure than when it was new (10 yrs ago), it is super quiet. Guessing they greased it up for me too. Haven't received the bill yet, but I'm sure it will be fair. Highly recommend Consolidated.
