They place movies when it's slow and good TV shows with the captioning on when it's busier. You can still smoke in there because they don't really sell food. Sometimes there's free pizza from the pizza place across the street. I don't dig the smoking but John, the owner, is an awesome guy. The Dive is worth checking out. Don't go if you want dinner, to watch the game or to show off your trendy outfit. But if you're looking for a good atmosphere, a youngish but not teenie crowd, real drinks (no daiquiris or any other fruity/fluffy stuff here) and proper conversation, this is it. A good buzz but not too loud. Two bars, downstairs (more crowded) and upstairs (great view). A great way to cap an evening with a date or with friends.
