Right before walking down the aisle I actually had an arguement with one of the employees over flowers for the mothers. She was insisting I did not pay for them when indeed I had. Then I asked them to put together a bus for us. We paid for the bus including tip and when we arrived at The Venetian, the driver said he never got his tip from the Chapel. So we double paid him. It was so awful in there with no air condition and yes they were charging $2.00 for water.. There was a bride that passed out from the heat it was terrible.I tried to contact SMC they never retuned my call or email.Bottom line they over booked that day! We had been in communication with the chapel. We were told that the chapel was booked solid for that day and that they'd be busy - but that it would still be a great day! They lied! It was awful!!!! They overbooked to the extreme - our ceremony was an hour and a half late making all of our guests wait in 115 degree heat. No air conditioning - then they had the audacity to charge $2 for water. We were late to our reception and lost some of our deposites as a result. Everyone was rude and kept blaming eachother.
