Other than that your store needs more courtesy clerks so as to allow your checkers to check. I noticed that your courtesy clerks do not ask to carry the customers groceries out...they just say "Have a nice day". I know that your policy is different from what I see and it is discourageing to know I buy there all the time and yet the service seems to slip a little.
