Many things included in the package where broken or unavailable for use. The massage therapist that my wife used told my wife her whole life story and showed off her tattoos. The pedicures were given by a woman that told my wife and I all about her adventures as a former stripper with details that we never welcomed. She kept griping about how she wasn??????t supposed to work that day. When we went to check out, the man who had told us when we got there that he owned the salon, tried to charge me over $100 more that what I had been told over the phone. When I asked about the sauna and Swiss showers, I was told they were out of order and so I asked if my ticket was going to be discounted. The man then said that since we ordered a package deal that we had to pay it in full, regardless of what services weren??????t available and that he was not at liberty to give discounts. When I called to speak to the ACTUAL owner, she said that the shower and sauna was broken but she wouldn't give any refunds, but we were more than welcome to come back when they were fixed. When I asked why she didn't say anything about the broken services when I booked the package, she couldn't give me an answer. Also, other extras such as a long-stemmed rose ended up being plastic, fake roses and the chocolate covered strawberries that were included in the package ended up being only sliced apples with chocolate.
