<description>The Sears store in the Pasadena Town Square Mall in my home town(Pasadena Texas).. Is not about taking care of their customer.. All I wanted was a warranty on a ratchet.. Well the girls(Eve) in there are too lazy to repair the one I have.. I understand that on that very day they didn&#x27;t have one but after being told they would repair it.. Little Miss Eve said that they wouldn&#x27;t due to some rust.. It has a life time warranty on it.. So being the pissed off fella I was by this time.. I drove out to Baybrook mall Sears and the fella out there warrantied it no problem.. So I asked him what he thought of my ratchet.. Said it looked broke to him.. I asked well why wouldn&#x27;t they warranty it in Pasadena.. He said maybe they are just lazy and don&#x27;t care.. Here is the other thing.. Likely nothing will come of this complaint.. I have read that Sears just doesn&#x27;t care about it&#x27;s customers anymore.. I suggest you start.. Times are hard and if you can&#x27;t make a profit your doors will close</description>

<description>I really enjoyed my experience with Sears optical. I had no wait time everyone was cheerful and the doctor really took the time to examine my eyes. I&#x27;ve only used Walmart before this but for a comparable price $105 and closer location I was able to have a much better experience. After the exam I went next door and bought a years worth of contact lenses and they even had the rebate stuff there to save me money. My Focus Night and Days came out to $32.50 each and will be here in a week (I have a funky prescription). I was really happy with my experience.</description>

<description>This location at Pasdena Town Square Mall is the WORST I have ever been to. I have had the worst experience of all and am NEVER going back there again. I do not recomend anyone to use this locations. Baybrook is more professial. I went one day and had an appointment set for 6:30 I didnt get into the actual studio to take my sons pictures until 8:00pm! A soon as the shoot was finished I was told I had to come back the next day to view them So I came back the next day at 4:30 and did not view my pictures until 6:00 pm. I had to sit there and select my own pictures from the computer because the so called manager that was suppose to be doing it was busy on the register and talking on her cell phone. She did this for over 20 min. I got fusterated and asked if there was anyone else that could help me and she got an attitude and said she was busy and would be with me when she finished helping other customers. I sat there waiting and waiting. I didnt find it fair at all that other were coming in later than I did and they were getting help before I did. She finally took my order although she had the worst attitude for a manager. I recived my pictures and they were not the package I wanted. I specificaly told her what I wanted and I didnt get it. SO....AVOID this and go to another sears. I recomend the one at baybrook but DO NOT go to the one in Pasadena! Its the WORST I think the manager might be theone that makes it be even worst with the attitude she carries herself with.</description>

<description>You definitely get what you pay for. I was a customer of Today&#x27;s Vision but tried them since they had a sale!! Do I regret it!! NOt only is their customer service bad but their sales people are so untrained it it ridiculous. I had to send my rimless glasses back two times before they got the prescription right and when they got back they just call you and hand them to you. They do not fit them to you like I said lack of training! I will never go back to them. They are such a joke!</description>
