The person who had helped me was awesome and even though I was doubtful he was great and asked what car and part and BAM!!! He asked my name and said he was holding it for me till I was able to get there 2 days later, (since I was helping my mom with her knee replacement the next day). I have to say they care about customer service.... Bought a part and was told it had a 30 day warranty. Never once did they say that they give no cash refunds. They exchange for another part only. The part I bought did not work at all. When we tried to take it back the employees (and the owner as well) were incredibly rude and would not help me out at all. They directed me to a sign in their office that said no refunds.
