Every time that I pick them up, they are freshly bathed, and smell great. The empolyees there, have been with the boarding and grooming ,for as long as I can remember. They are always professional and attentive. They also have a great pet store in the upper level that carry everything that you can need. Upstairs can use a coat of paint, but it is fairly clean.
