Great for crowds and to go to unwind with some great tasting beer. The service is sometimes good sometimes not so good but the food always leaves something to be desired. Our bruschetta bread was stale and cold for one visit, but the sandwiches are pretty good. Although the hot sauce is Franks Red Hot, the wings were out of this world they were crispy and hot. We ended up returning to the Pearl Street Grill two more times during our visit. The brewery had some of the best beers! This was also the only place to get food and drinks on a Sunday night, Buffalo shuts down around 8 on Sundays! This place always has a different crowd whether it's people watching football, an after-work crowd or tourists like us. I would definitely come here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Garlic mashed potatoes really stick to your ribs, and the soups are great. Nice place before you head to the arena downtown for a game or concert. Nice how the bar and the dining room is separate. The decor is nice. Everything we had to eat was of good quality. They have a microbrew on the premesis. When the menu choices are overwhelming, the good ol' burger is always a decent choice; but don't consider it "settling". The best buffet I have ever had. It only had like chicken wings, roast beef, pizza, and some pasta. But everything was just cooked to perfection. I can prob say that they were some of the best wings I have ever had in my life, seriously. And the place was just packed with great people who where there for the hockey game. I cant forget to tell you about the beer. The beer was very good, I am living in Germany so I know a good brew when I have one. The train wreck was my personal favorite there.
