It was a high custom and short run job. It came out absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for the financial industry use it had. It had to be given out to very successful people, and Rye Printing gave it 100%. It was our first time using Rye Printing, and the relation management they did was absolutely terrific. I went there and met the head representative, and his customer service was immaculate. When I did the pre-press review it was extremely sophisticated. One of my associates, a commercial broker, initially recommended them, and we've been using them for about 6 years now. We've continued to use them because their pricing and turnaround are excellent. We are very delighted with their service and the quality is good, too. They do mostly short-run, offset mailings for us, jobs that are more difficult than what we can do in-house. They are a full-service shop, well-sized and suited for the middle-volume stuff that comes through our office (mailings of less than 1 million but more than 5). Also, if something goes wrong, they are very flexible in working out solutions. They get your job fixed and get it out the door. They are thorough and overall great to deal with. The only issue is that on projects that have to be finished after printing, with either folders or binding, it seems to slow the process down.
