<description>I purchased a DLP HD Toshiba big screen with the 3 year extended warranty through Ultimate Electronics. I reported problems 3 months ago and their reply was that they dont have anyone in my area to work on Toshiba TV&#x27;s and they would call when they do. EXCUSE ME. What business does a company have selling a warranty that they do not have the means to honor. They found this little mom &#x26; pop shop to work on it. THREE TIMES they have been to the house and nothing has been fixed. I think they are waiting for my warranty to expire. Dont buy the warranty especially if you buy Toshiba. Oh, they also say that they do price parity. I found the tv stand $50 cheaper and they would not refund the difference, so of course I refunded the whole sale and went to RC Willey. Just go to RC to begin with - you may pay more, but you get first class service

I came here a couple of time to see if they ever have any sales, they do but &#x22;come on, who are they fooling&#x22;. Their sales-rep are always talking amoung themselfs. Come to think of it all the time I came into this place I never purchased anything. What does that tell you.</description>

<description>For a retailer that&#x27;s aiming at high-end audio/video, it&#x27;s surprising that my experience was so low-tech. In the market for an HDTV, I dropped by to compare features and prices. The salesperson seemed completely lost. Although he offered bottled water (3 times), he seemed unable to provide any information whatsoever about the products. Worse, if you&#x27;re shopping for an HDTV, wouldn&#x27;t it make sense that they&#x27;d have their demonstration models connected to the best-quality signal possible? Instead, they have practically the entire showroom connected to a single over-the-air signal from an antenna on the roof. Under the best of circumstances, splitting it between 40-50 sets would degrade it, which probably explained why the pictures were so disappointing. There were a couple of sets that were connected to HD VHS recorders, and the difference was what makes people say &#x22;wow&#x22; when they see an HD picture. I ended up not purchasing there.</description>
