According to the report by the insurance company I was to have a piece replaced on my car completely. I just happened to leave something in my car and went there to pick it up to find that they filled the dent with putty. I was concered so I asked and the "lovely"(NOT) girls at the desk told me no its being replaced. Come to find out because they would not give me a print out of the work that was done, that the job had cost $500 less than anticipated but only told us that after they had the money and we caught them on it. Then when I finally got my car, one of my doors had NEW dings and dents all over it! To say the least, I'm livid and contacting the Better Business Bureau.
