I grabbed my suitcase and headed out, but left my ring on the counter, a couple of hours later I realized this and rushed back to the hotel, I informed a manager, who told me he would check with security, apparently, the maids report lost items to security after cleaning each floor. It took forever and I?m not sure why nobody but security could ask the maid, and security couldn't tell me this in person, but the manager came back to tell me the ring was not found. It has been 4 sad days and still nobody has turned in my ring. The restaurant downstairs is pretty pricey and there is no gym on the property. The tell you to go to the YMCA across the street and down a block. When traveling on business, a hotel is most valuable when it makes you feel at home, even in an uncomfortable, hectic environment. They did just that.
