When asked, the rep confirmed that Toblers does indeed deliver to Grain Valley. Toblers then outsourced the order to a local florist that sent an arrangement more appropriate for a picnic table than a funeral, a sparse amount of flowers in a small rectangular basket with,,,get this,,,a large plastic butterfly. After complaining Toblers offered to have the same incompetent florist redeliver...however it is quite impossible to redeliver flowers to a funeral. Toblers offered a 20% credit which I accepted...(tho their website claims a "100%" guarantee). I would not advise anyone to use Toblers Florist.
