The building looks old, like most in the Detroit area, but I noticed they were doing major improvments when I took my electric motor in. The staff was extremely friendly, and welcoming. After I dropped my motor off, it took only a couple of days for the guy to call me back and tell me it's done and they were able to fix it. The cost was cheap compared to big companies, and they did a great job. If I have any other problems in the future, I would definitly go to Spaulding Electric again!
