The haircut only cost $28, and I gave $5 as tips. Kin did a great job on my hair and she also taught me how to correctly brush my hair in order to make the style I want. Very careful, thorough service in terms of the price. To specify the language they speak most fluently, the sequence might be: Cantonese >English >Mandarin (all are good enough, I'd say). The time and care they put into your haircut here is phenomenal for the price! I would say and they're experts at layering and they always start you off w/ a nice shampoo/head massage. I get my hair cut here often and only did coloring there once...pretty nice job! Fei Fei is the way to go. Kin does a good job too, but I prefer Fei. Only one con: their English isn't the best, so if you don't speak Chinese, conversation will be minimal. They know enough to get you the haircut you want though!
