I read a GLOWING review on a google search last year that made me decide to try this place when someone "borrowed" my catalytic convertor. They exceeded the review! I have now had to use the shop about five times in two years and Mark has always remembered me when I called. They have always taken me on the same day I have called and they have never failed to deliver my car back to me on the same day. There prices are fair and I have 100% trust and confidence that I am not being scammed. In fact I had my check engine light come on only a few days after a previous repair and the double checked the work, ran the diagnostics for free and even did an additional repair "gratis" because of my inconvenience. I visited for an oil change and a second opinion on some repairs (~$1,000) that my Volkswagen dealership suggested. Mark ticked through each repair (strut mounts, new tires, brake pad replacement) and explained why I didn't need to repair them immediately. I was shocked by candor. In general, I'd consider my self a pretty smart buyer, but I feel totally vulnerable when seeking out auto advice. I'd definitely visit Mark again.
