<description>I took my 2002 VW in to Deel to replace the oil pan even though it is a 30 minute drive across town.  The parts needed to be ordered and I was told to come in on Tuesday of the next week.  I called before hand and was assured that the parts were in.  I showed up as scheduled and was told that the parts were NOT in.  I made an appointment for the next day.  I showed up Saturday and sat for four hours in the waiting room.  I tried to speak to my representative but he was busy joking around with the mechanics and ignored me.  I finally went up to the desk, waited in line for 15 minutes and was informed that a part was still missing and my car would have to be fixed on another day.  I spoke to the manager who said that I could take my service elsewhere but I would have to pay Deel for the parts that they ordered.  Deel&#x27;s customer service is non-existent and their service is reprehensible.  Take your business elsewhere.</description>
