Trust me, I've tried. I was a citizen who had a question about a policy. I never received an answer. I was yelled at, criticized, and put down by the Assistant City Attorney who slammed the phone in my ear. I have never before endured the kind of unprofessional verbal attacks, threats, or evasive behaviors as I have from employees of this department. What a shame. I will remember my experience when the Mayor and my City Council Person come up for re-election.
