But - twice now there has been something additional wrong with my car after they work on it (just for a simple oil change) - that was not wrong before I took it in. When I ask about it - they claim there is no way this new issue is their fault. I brought my vehicle in for winter tires, and I get it back and can’t even drive it off the lot. Their service tech’s had taken my vehicle out joyriding and broke my transmission and axle. They tried to say I had brought it in this way and refused to pay for it. This is ridiculous. Not only should you not use this company for your service needs, you should make sure you tell anyone you know not to use their services.
