<description>I paid $2000.00 cash to have DVD player and alarm to be put in to my vechile. I&#x27;ve been back 3x since and still having problems with the work that they have proformed. I wolud not recomend having them work on your vechile if you decided to purchase equipment.My alram causes the horn to honk and arms my trouble sensor in the vechile and i hear  loud motor noise when the dvd is being played and they refuse to fix it.</description>

<description>I had a remote start installed and have had nothing but trouble.  I have taken it back to them 2x and it still locks and unlocks when it wants, the key will not come out of the ignition, the horn honks when you unlock the car and they will not fix it.  they are rude everytime I go in.  This last time I called and told the guy I was still having trouble, he said &#x22;the red rodeo, again&#x22;?  I said yes.  He asked if I could bring it in on tuesday so he could have a certain guy look at it. I did, he wasn&#x27;t there and the guys that were there wouldn&#x27;t touch it.  I took off 2 jobs to get this car in so that they could fix it, and they would not touch it. My husband said they were rude to him last time too, so take the loss and pay someone who knows what they are doing to fix it.  I will never buy another thing from them, or recommend them to anyone else.  Their customer service is terrible and the people that work there are terrible.  It is never their fault the installation does not work.  Since they installed it, who&#x27;s fault is it!</description>

<description>I had a remote start installed.  When I left, the key would not come out of the ignition.  I went back, immediately, 5 minutes, maybe, and they said ya it did that to them too.  They fixed it?  ye right.  I took it back again because of that and it was locking and unlocking even with the car off, and the car would honk every time I unlocked it.  They said it was not their fault, but they fixed it, ya right.  I took it back again for the same reasons and the key was stuck in the ignition.  Again, not their fault, but they fixed it, ya right.  I called and asked what can I do?  this is crazy.  they said bring it in on Tuesday and they will have another guy look at it.  I took off of my 2nd job, which I do not get paid when I take off, and when I got there, they would not touch it.  they said they knew nothing about it being scheduled.  Evey time I take it in I get some kind of trouble from them, it is never their fault, and they are rude.  They do anything they can to get out of fixing it or taking blame where blame is due.  This remote unit has a lifetime warranty on installation, but they will not fix it.  I am just going to take the loss and pay someone that knows what they are doing and get it fixed.  I will never recommend any one to them and I will never go there again.  2 of my friends have already gone somewhere else to have their remote starts installed and theirs are working great.  They took my advise and are very happy and laughing at the trouble I am having.  Think twice before you go there.  DON&#x27;T GO THERE!</description>
