The purchase couldn't have been easier, and Brett was great to deal with. The challenge came when I asked to exchange the dresser due to a manufacturer defect. The company agreed to the exchange right away, but the delivery team dragged the replacement into my apartment on its side and damaged the front corner in the process. When I asked to have the original dresser returned, as it was in better condition than the replacement, the company again agreed, but it was returned with a scraped side due the same neglectful delivery team. When I called the company to schedule a third exchange, the appointment scheduler was curt and hung up on me. I realize that the situation is probably just as frustrating for them, but the damage was caused by their employees, and I am the one staying home on four separate occasions in hopes of resolving this issue. I had a very positive experience with our salesperson Brett and he was very helpful in giving us furniture ideas and a good deal on a huge purchase. That was the 5 star experience. But once the sale went to the hands of the delivery warehouse, the experience wasn't as good. There were forgotten items on the first delivery and when they came back for the follow up delivery, they still forgot a few items. They eventually got it right and they were very apologetic but they use a very archaic method to communicate their sales to their delivery warehouse. Then again, this place is a discount furniture shop and not a national chain.
