The first time I tried booking an appt I was taken aback by how rude the receptionist was. After waiting 3 weeks for an appt that fit my schedule, the office called me a few hours before the appt to say there was an emergency and they had to reschedule. We picked another day, and when I showed up, after taking more time off work and driving 40 minutes, the receptionist told me that I had no appointment that day. She told me that provider didn't even work on that day. Then when she looked up my account, she claimed it showed I had cancelled the appointment, and then went on to say it was impossible I even had that appointment because the provider didn't work on Fridays. Only after I turned down the offer for another appointment did she say a very lame "I'm sorry" and went back to work. I felt totally disrespected. This clinic was a complete waste of my time!!!!!!! It is pretty hard to find anyone more critical than me and he has made me so happy with the procedures I have had done. He always understands how I am feeling and what it is I am asking of him. It is very scary to trust your beauty to anyone, but Dr. Allegra is very trustworthy and has exceeded my hopes each time. He has performed upper and lower eye surgery on me a few years back. Recently, he reshaped my nose and enhanced my face with a small chin implant. I love it all! I feel so grateful to have connected with Dr. Allegra and to feel so good about the way I look again.
