The best thing about Panera is that they have free & dependable wi-fi. Bring a laptop, log on and get to work. But here are a few things you should keep in mind: 1. they don't have wi-fi at lunch time (noon - 2 pm) 2. there are no power plugs 3. it's loud. Bring earphones.
