She has a light touch and takes the time to explain issues. The staff has a very low turnover and many have told me that they've worked for other dentists, but none were as nice and easy to work for. That makes for a comfortable, professional setting. They always call a couple of business days in advance of an appointment to remind you to come in. And if you're late (only happened to me once), they'll call to find out if you're coming in. (I'd just forgotten, despite the reminder.) The office researches and files insurance and helps resolve difficulties with claims. They make reminder telephone calls and go beyond the call of duty in scheduling emergency appointments.
