I AM SINGLE WITH 2 KIDS AND THEY UNDERSTAND AND GIVE ME BREAKS ON PRICES ALL THE TIME. THEY EVEN GO THROUGH EACH TEST AND PROCEDURE THEY PERFORMED SO THAT YOU ARE CONFIDENT THAT THE REPAIRS THEY ARE QUOTING YOU ARE INDEED NEEDED. WHEN I WAS CALLED TO COME PICK UP THE CAR THE MANAGER SAID HE HAD FOUND SOMETHING ELSE WHEN HE WAS REPAIRING THE ORIGINAL REPAIR, AND I WAS LUCKY BECAUSE HE HAPPENED TO HAVE THE PART LAYING AROUND SO HE PUT IT ON AND DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER 50 I COULDNT AFFORD. I DONT KNOW THAT THEY ARE THIS RECEPTIVE WITH EVERYONE, BUT I SURE AM GLAD I HAVE SOMEONE I CAN TRUST TO BE STRAIGHT WITH ME WHEN IT COMES TO MY CAR.
