They were so incredibly nice when I walked in, it was like I had made a new friend. I told them it was my first time in and they said, "Welcome! It's nice to meet you!" They gave me an honest assessment of my wedding dress. (I had spilled a huge glass of champagne on it.) and they told me that they would clean it, but there was no guarantee that the fabric would be ok. I felt this was a very nice thing, because most people do not care what the result, they just want the business, and a dress is very expensive. I paid $40 to have a washable suede jacket cleaned there. It came back with all the spots still there. I'd told them they could use water or whatever, but they didn't get it done and didn't even acknowledge that it wasn't right.
