After leaving my room at 11:30am to sight see, I came back to a room that was not cleaned by maid service. After complaining to the front desk, they were actually going to send a maid to our room at 10:00pm at night to clean right in front of us - I had to call back and request to be moved to a new room. After we moved we overheard the maid complaining that she had to come all the way to our room and we shouldn't be leaving. I witnessed guests waiting to be seated in the hotel restaurant for 5 min. while all the servers and hostess was on break at the same time, the attendant in the gift shop was like a zombie and did not even greet my husband and I when we walked in to spend our money and to top it all off room service messed up our order on our last day. I will never stay at this hotel again and I have already told several people never to stay their either. Our drapes were so filthy I wouldn't let my daughter touch them. The bathroom needed deep cleaning (there were spots of something on the door.)
