The atmosphere is friendly, the location is convenient, the food is good and the service is delightful. I've eat there almost every time I go out. Xando is right on the metro, so that accounts for some of it, but I'll often go out of my way to eat there, just because I enjoy it so much. The menu, while it's not endless, is large enough that I've never failed to find somthing appealing. The only complaint I have is that they allow smoking inside.
