Decided to try Omni. Great location. Like the Riverwalk, always did. Valet service was great. Came back to the room after a long day, room not touched...not cleaned at all. Called down to desk; nothing done. Went to the bar and during conversation told the Bar Keep. She was WONDERFUL! She got on the staff and got the room cleaned. Then she gave us a free drink for our inconvenience. Next day, room cleaned, but no amenities left, including coffee. Called down to front desk. Nothing done. Went to the bar again, told our friend and she got on the staff once again and we got a bunch of coffee and amenities. Called for laundry pick up one night and was told someone would be up to get it in 5 minutes. They NEVER showed up. Took laundry down the next day (on Tuesday) and was told it would not be back until Friday (they guarantee 24 hours). We raised the roof and got it back the next night.
