It's not often anymore that you find a service contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but that is obviously exactly what you did. The amazing thing was that the coils were dirty and were covered by a matting of dog hair, dust and whatever. A matted mess that had accumulated over 10 years and had caused the unit to fail and become terribly inefficient. Dave then proceeded to clean the system and put it back together. Keeping the best interests of the customer first. This is why we continue to use your service and would always recommend others to do so. They won't even call to say they are running late. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for them repair my washing machine. I realize that because this is a warranty repair that they aren't paid as much as if I would have called them cold, but there is no excuse for this laziness and incompetence.
