At first the prices and selection looked great. I told an employee named Daniel we wanted a washer and dryer and when we went to buy it the price went up $300.00 higher. I asked to talk to a store manager and they said sometimes there prices are not current. They then hid or threw away the sign of the price that I had wanted to buy. I will never go here again with my business. The employees did not offer any apologies and the store was dirty! Overall less than 1 star. I do have to say my fiance and I almost missed out on amazing deals. Thankfully we did not let the negative reviews stop us from seeing it ourselves. I have to say the sears outlet is AMAZING!!! So many things to choose from. They had an amazing selection of appliances. They even had televisions and grills...and pool tables. Things i did not think would be available. Well i have to say we got a great deal. We purchased a drier, washer, stove and fridge all Kenmore for an amazing price. We received a 20% off already reduced items. Our appliances were all stainless steel, except for the washer and drier. Our total came out to 3,900 including 3 year insurance on our washer and refrigerator. Compared to the actual sears store we ended up saving around 2,000 dollars. The stove we bought was brand new, not a scratch on it. Some stuff does have cosmetic wear but it is hardly visible. Also, they have more of just one so you have a variety to choose from. But our overall experience was fantastic. We had a great employee helping us throughout our shopping time. If you keep that in mind, plus the fact that what you are looking for may not be there on your first try, you're bound to get a good deal. I've bought major appliances there on several occasions that were listed as scratch-and-dents and were brand-new items with barely noticable defects for 40-50% off the list price. Again, if you are in a hurry and just have to have it now, this is probably not the best place to shop. Everything is laid out over a giant wherehouse and set up in a living area fashion so you can check out everything as you walk around. They have tons of coffee tables, lambs, reclining sofas and faux plants to choose from. If you order right off the floor you can have it delivered in a couple of days. A sales associate can order different colors and swatches for you at a slightly higher charge. However, to me Sear Outlet is dented and returned stuffs that sell a couple dollars off normal price. There is nothing special or good thing about Searss outlet. I recently bought a pair of LG washer/dryer. The manager decided to give me like $150 off the washer (which includes $100 water rebate because Sears does not participate in the water program, or at least in my area) and like $100 off the dryer. She gave me a discount on the dryer because I was trying to buy a non-matching LG (cheaper) dryer to stack onto the washer and she was concerned that the mounting holes wouldn't line up. Twenty minutes later, we leave and swear we will remember not to go back next time.
