I get anxious ordering things over the phone, but June put me at ease and really gave great customer service. I ordered some flowers for my mom's 60th Birthday and wanted it to be a special arrangement. I ordered 60 tulips and 6 lilies. I told them to make it look pretty and gave them the message I wanted on the card. My mom called up in tears and said it was absolutely beautiful. They chose yellow and white tulips with yellow lillies. They placed them in a basket and put some small purple lilacs for fragrance. It was so much more than I asked for or anticipated. I described what it looked like, what people did with it, how it's in a million products like soaps etc. She turned to the 2 other people working there (I believe all were the owners) and asked if they heard of it. NONE of them knew what Lavender was. I don't care if they dont carry it, but for a florist not to know what Lavender is is BEYOND ODD. I called another Conroys and they said they used to carry it, but it dried out too quickly.
