Choles Floral has very rude customer service. I called to inquire about a delivery that should have occurred 2 days earlier and the manager was very rude. Choles did, however, cancel the charge for the flowers. The delivery mix up was not the fault of Choles, so I called to let them know that after some investigation at the hospital the flowers were found and that I wanted to pay for the flowers. The manager did thank me for my honesty. I let the manager know how poorly I was treated during my first call, and it was then suggested that I must have felt guilty which is why I called to pay for the flowers. Leaves or flowers they have it all. Not too pricey and the shop is a medium size store. Like to shop for flowers for my girl. Also, the lady is very nice and gives you a lot of advice if you need. They have teddy bears too and fancy balloons for gifts. The prices were lower than many of the other florists that we got quotes from and the quality of the flowers was very good. The staff was friendly and offered good suggestions based on what we were looking for. They delivered out to the church and to the reception hall, set everything up, and went back to pick up items the day after the wedding.
