<description>I don&#x27;t know where to start with this dealership, so I will try to make a long story short. I dropped by when I was told I would get a certain vehicle for a certain amount. Upon arrival, everyone was so helpful until the paperwork was signed. Once the paperwork was signed I had issues with the vehicle. Not only was everyone there unresponsive, they were rude, and would also try to be intimidating (if allowed). I had issues ranging from broke down vehicles, to overcharging for repair work that needed to be done, even though the damage occurred within the amount of time it should have been covered under warranty. Whenever I wanted to lodge a complaint, I would be transferred, transferred again and once again transferred. I would leave messages, just to be called back a week or two later. It got to a point where I literally attempting contacting Henry Brown himself, of course to no avail. I dealt with every manager at that location, and they are all liars, brown and brown are far from customer service, it is about money and money only. there are dealerships that are in a persons&#x27; life forever and their are those you wish never existed brown and brown is definitely on my cease to exist list. One year later I call about warranty issues, and of course I have left message after message and have been transferred too many time to keep up. thumbs down - 0 stars - ERNIE AND BERT GIVE BROWN AND BROWN A 0 STAR</description>

<description>Brown &#x26; Brown Chevrolet advertised this truck for $29,966. After getting the ok from my wife which cost me a new washer and dryer ($3,000) and after 3 phone calls to make sure they still had the truck in stock and the price was right I drove across town to wait for what seemed to be an eternity to meet with Phil Jackson (866-459-7602). He introduced himself as the Internet director of sales. I handed him a copy of the ad with the truck and price listed. He called over to make sure the truck was there and then we too the long walk over to where the truck was. I spent about 10 minutes looking at it and said there is no need to haggle I will take the truck and have cash to pay in full. Now he starts to give me a story about how cheap the price is. We get back across the street and he prints off the invoice leaves for a while then comes back in to tell me the truck is actually $10,000 more than it was advertised for. Classic Bait and Switch. So here we go with the sales manager to try to con me into paying another $10,000 and tell me what a good deal it is. When that does not work, they bring out this other guy (Dennis Navarro) (480)313-4884 who says he runs the Auto Nation stores but excuse how he is dressed because he just came off the golf coarse. Again I am told if I want the truck I have to pay another $10,000 and again what a great deal it is. These guys must really think the public is stupid and who knows this scam may work on some people but I will tell you this. I will never buy or go look at another truck from any Auto Nation store. 

With about $18 billion in annual revenue, Auto Nation ranked #122 on the 2007 Fortune 500 and is America&#x27;s Most Admired Automotive Retailer five out of the last six years. 

Pretty sad that they are admired for how much money they make and not how they take care of their customers. Its no wonder they make 18 billion dollars a yea</description>

<description>I called about a truck online before driving to Mesa, I talked to Raul &#x26; Luis and they took my credit info, ran my numbers and called me to come get my truck. I came down, gave my down pmt and left w/my truck. After driving it for 2 months they called me to say come down and finalize this deal and when I got there they took back my truck and said they&#x27;d return my trade in but they lost my keys and had to tow it to Ford for reprogramming. I was never told why they couldn&#x27;t finance it, asked for more $ dwn or for a co-signer, I really wasn&#x27;t even told I couldn&#x27;t be financed...just we are giving back your trade..all in all this hassle was almost 3 months long. They are rude and unresponsive to issues. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.</description>

<description>We helped my daughter when she bought a brand new small S10 pickup from Brown and Brown.  They were nice and didn&#x27;t pressure us too much.  She was very happy with the vehicle and it seemed to perform well for the few years she had it.  I have been to other car dealerships where I just wanted to leave because of the high pressure salesmen.  My husband and I were very pleased with the staff at Brown and Brown.  I would recommend them.

<description>I went to this car dealer lot because I saw a vehicle I wanted to look at that was in the paper.  I called before I went and asked about the vehicle and they said they still had it and had several others in my price range that were for sale so I said I would be there shortly.  It took me about 20 minutes to drive there and when I got there it was a joke!  The car was on another lot that was locked for the night and we couldn&#x27;t even see the car.  Then of course they tried to talk us into a more expensive car to look at.  I told them I didn&#x27;t have more money to spend and I was not looking to finance a vehcile.  Then they had the nerve to tell me that there is not a reliable car for sale in my price range and that I am basically wasting my time!  I would not recommend this dealership at all.  Once I told them I would not finance and my price range they were very rude to me.</description>
