Not only do they go the extra mile, they have the out the door prices tagged on EVERY bike, and when I bought my latest bike from them (2002 Kawasaki ZR-7S - Yes, NEW!) it made a weird noise, they swapped out the tachometer (that's where they thought the problem was) and when we all decided it was just a noise that the bike made, they apologized for the hassle (which was no hassle to me at all) and I was on my way.
