They don't follow you around as you look so you don't have to worry about being bothered by a salesman while your shopping. The way friendly sales manager used his computer to help me sort thru all their RV's in a matter of minutes so I found exactly the RV I have been looking for. When it was delivered the end had been broken, but you couldn’t tell it from the package. I took a picture of it and sent it to PPL. Using only the picture I sent them showing where I had opened the package they determined that I should have known it was broken before I opened it and have refused to provide a replacement or work with me in any way. I now have a $620 unusable awning. My recommendation is to avoid this company. I ordered a ceiling assembly for my new air conditioner and was told that I would get it in a couple of days. It has now taken several phone calls to PPL and Dometic. I have basically gotten the run around. I had to threaten to file suite against them. And if I don't receive my part tomorrow I will do that. I strongly suggest that you find another source for rv parts and stay away from this company. Cons - give the run around, waiting on hold for several long moments.
