Never got a call to let us know our rug was ready (was told i would get a call). When picked up found large black marks underneath the rug. Was told it "it was like that when we got it" After explaining to these rug 'experts' that their theory on why we now had black marks under our rug because of our own neglect was totally impossible.. finally were asked "Uh, so you want us to clean it?" No thanks. Other than that, the rug seems to be clean. Not that i really even care about the underside of the rug. Because i really dont. i just didnt appreciate being told something that wasnt true.
