No good...

In 2005, we had them do our engagement pics, bridal portraits, and wedding. Loved the work for 1st 2 sessions, but only have about 10 prints total. For our wedding pics- all were lost. They refused to give back deposit stating they had already spent much more to attempt to retrieve pics & promised a cd of all images they had in our file. We have yet to see it 4 years and certified letters later. Ironic though, that one of my bridal portraits was on home page last I checked. I guess I paid for them to use me for advertising. To answer the other question- I think they do their own processing, or they did when in Palestine. good luck to anyone who uses them.

For our wedding pictures- all were lost. They refused to give back deposit stating they had already spent much more than that to attempt to retrieve images & promised a CD of all images (with copyright) they had in our file. We have yet to see it 4 years and a few certified letters later. My Mom and I are still trying to get in touch with them and work something out. I am doubting it will ever happen. Ironic though, that one of my bridal portraits was on their home page last I checked. I guess I paid for them to use me for advertising. Pooh was very nice and took lots of time getting great shots, but the follow-up & customer service is horrible. Good luck to anyone who uses them.

Pros
+ good images

Cons
- never get back to you

long awaited wedding pictures

Same situation as other review. Wedding Aug 2006 got proofs into Pooh by Jan 2007 as of today no albums no pictures. We tried all the standard methods of contact with no reply even the Better Business bureau but this month we had a appt with Pooh and Desiree and were told the matter would be resolved and we were given a CD and told we would get copyright to all pictures because of the delay in delivery-we paid high dollar for his digital quality photos and not sure that the CD contains the digitally enhanced pictures but at this point we are just glad to have the CD-we were told albums be ready in 4-6 weeks-we will see-if i could do this thing over i would have a contract signed and not trust that the job would be done professionally-Pooh is a very nice man that we trusted would do the job dont know what went wrong with this business but I would never recommend this photographer-you may want to contact KLTV Channel 7 on your side-Christen Nelson has helped another family with the same problem-will post later and let you know if albums and quality are ever delivered-.

Not recommended

Our wedding was in May of 2005. Pooh showed up and photographed the event. Over 900 pictures, very impressive. The proofs were posted online and we were told to review them and pick the ones we wanted to appear in our album. This took a while with over 900 photographs, but we got it done in November of 2006.

We were hoping to get wedding albums and some enlargements by Christmas of that year but it did not happen. We were not toally surprised by this as we had not finished our selection until Novemeber.

By March of 2007 we were wondering what the holdup was. We attempted to contact Phuwadol Photography many times and our calls and emails went unanswered. We finally made contact in April of 2007 and they claimed they never received our selection information. The information was re-sent via email and certified refturn receipt US Mail.

More time went by. By July 2007 we were again attempting to contact Pooh Photo and our calls and emails were again going unanswered. On occasion we would catch someone at the studio and were told our albums would be ready in 10 days. This time elapsed and still no album and no contact.

We had hoped to receive the albums and enlargements before the 2007 Holiday season, but again, this did not happen. Over 14 months of trying to obtain a product we have paid for in good faith is unacceptable. Phuwadol Photography does not return our phone calls or emails and our only option now is a lawsuit. We are filing a lawsuit with the Smith County JP.

If you are looking for a photographer, save yourself the trouble and find someone other than Phuwadol Photography.
