The doctor's clothes were dirty and the facility was dirty. The staff did not wear gloves, even when putting in an IV and removing it. When IV was removed in the recovery room which consisted of an old hospital bed and a broken recliner, staff member had to carry used IV out of room because there was not a trash can in the room. The bandaid paper was thrown on floor because of no trash can.
